Porsche B2C Data Delivery Interruption

Porsche B2C is currently experiencing an issue impacting vehicle data delivery. A central vehicle campaign has stopped sending data, affecting PCPS and all of its clients.
Porsche is aware of the problem and is actively investigating. We are awaiting further updates and will share more information as soon as it becomes available.
Renault Data Availability Incident

Renault is currently experiencing an incident impacting data availability. Since 12:30 CET, message publication from Renault vehicles has been interrupted.
Renault’s teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore service. This incident is unrelated to the one observed earlier this week.
Update:
Renault fixed the incident partially 22nd Jan from 12:00 CET then completely 22nd Jan at 17:00 CET, with a full return to normal.

Infrastructure update

We are planning to do an infrastructure update which impacts:
* Vehicle Status API
* Azure Sink
* Data Delivery for Kia, Tesla, Porsche, Toyota
The Vehicle Status API will remain available; however, no new data will be updated during this time.
Azure Sink and data delivery for these OEMs will be paused and will be restarted once the infrastructure update is complete.
Renault Vehicle Data Processing Degradation

Renault is currently investigating an incident affecting the processing of data from Renault vehicles. Corrective actions are in progress by the OEM, and service is expected to return to normal soon.
Once the issue is resolved, any missing data will be automatically recovered. We will provide further updates if necessary.
Mercedes-Benz Data Feed Integration Update

We will be performing a back-end upgrade to ensure compatibility with an upcoming data platform update from Mercedes-Benz.

* Data delivery may be slightly delayed during the maintenance window
* There is a possibility that some data may be delivered more than once during this time
As always, customers can rely on the message_id field to safely deduplicate messages if needed.
