Maintenance

Stellantis will perform upgrades to essential server infrastructure. During this period, there may be temporary disruptions to service availability lasting approximately 2 hours.

We will be performing a back-end upgrade to ensure compatibility with an upcoming data platform update from Mercedes-Benz.

Impact
* No data loss expected
* Data delivery may be slightly delayed during the maintenance window
* There is a possibility that some data may be delivered more than once during this time

As always, customers can rely on the message_id field to safely deduplicate messages if needed.

We will monitor the system closely and update this page if anything changes.

We are planning to do an infrastructure update which impacts:
* Vehicle Status API
* Azure Sink
* Data Delivery for Kia, Tesla, Porsche, Toyota

The Vehicle Status API will remain available; however, no new data will be updated during this time.

Azure Sink and data delivery for these OEMs will be paused and will be restarted once the infrastructure update is complete.

We are migrating all customers with active Kia vehicles to the new push data package and pricing structure.

• Kia vehicle activations and deactivations will be paused during the migration.
• Data flow will continue, but customers may temporarily receive duplicate data as both the existing and new push channels are active.
