Volkswagen Group has informed us of a service disruption affecting their Fleet Interface.

As a precautionary measure due to ongoing maintenance, Volkswagen has asked us to pause vehicle fleet onboarding/offboarding until the end of 03 September 2026.

High Mobility customers may continue to submit vehicle activation and deactivation requests during this period. These requests will be queued and processed once Volkswagen confirms that processing may resume.

We will continue to monitor the service and provide further updates if necessary.
