We are currently experiencing delays in vehicle data delivery for Renault vehicles.

Renault has identified an issue affecting their systems starting March 16, which has led to reduced data flow and increased latency. The issue worsened on March 23, further impacting delivery times.

Renault’s technical teams are actively working on a fix. Delayed messages are not lost and will be delivered once normal operation is restored.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available.

Update #1:
At this time, location data (latitude and longitude) is not being delivered. Other related data points, such as heading and altitude, are still being received. Renault has identified the issue and is actively investigating. It is currently unclear which vehicles are affected and whether this issue is related to the previously reported latency.

Update #2
at 2026-03-26 09:00 Renault has restored normal data flow and resolved the GPS data issue, which was limited to vehicles with the Base package; monitoring is ongoing, and details on cause, potential data loss, and recovery will follow.

Update #3:
The absence of GPS latitude and longitude data since Monday, 23 March 2026 at 16:00 CET for vehicles with Base package was due to a configuration error in Renault's production environment.
The issue has been fixed since Thursday, 26 March at 12:00 CET.

Latency Issue:

The latency problems observed since Monday, 16 March at 06:00 CET on all vehicles have been resolved.
