Previous incidents

Renault currently has an incident ongoing for their Eligibility API. They are working on it to identify the root cause and to resolve the issue.

Update: Issue was resolved at 17:10pm CET

Starting today we are receiving error when trying activate vehicles for Audi and Skoda.

We have informed the OEM and waiting for them to resolve the issue.

All clearances are queued up in our system and will be retired later when the issue is resolved.
