The OEM has asked us to perform switch the API integration between 29th Nov until 4th Dec. During this time all vehicle activation/dectivation for Renault will be paused and will be resumed after migration is done.

Update: Migration ended on 3rd Dec 11:00 am CET

We will be upgrading our servers during that time. We expect very small service interruptions but nothing that will affect data.

We are migrating our backends to new systems. We are monitoring the application configuration and vehicle activations to avoid any unexpected behaviour.

Due some infrastructure migration in Mercedes-Benz, we have switch the source of streaming data.

It shouldn't cause any data lost, there might be some duplicated date for a short period of time.

Kia is updating their API version to include several improvements. The updates include a few breaking changes which require us to synchronise a deployment on our side as well.

Minimal to no downtime is expected, and no data loss.

BMW/MINI has informed us about migration on their database. it impacts the data delivery for this period.

Update: BMW has informed us that partial data loss can be expected for data changes that take place during the downtime.

BMW is performing an urgent deployment of their fleet data API, which includes several functional and performance improvements and an increase of the overall system stability.

Since a database migration is required, there will be a downtime associated with the BMW deployment.

We are working with Renault to migrate to their new Rest/Streaming APIs.

We are pausing the vehicle clearance services during this time. It means you can't create/revoke vehicles during the maintenance.

The latest vehicle data will be still available but you'll receive duplicate message during this period.

We will be upgrading our connection to Volkswagen Group that brings the latest available fleet data offering from the group. Any clearance actions during this period will be queued and run once the maintenance work has completed.

Renault is conducting priority maintenance work of their API. This will be done in the night time and with maximum 10 minutes downtime of the data stream.

The BMW Connected FleetData team will go through with a major infrastructure upgrade that affects all of their API components. It will not be possible to activate and revoke vehicles in this timeframe, and all data delivery will be suspended during this period.
