Previous incidents

We are currently experiencing an ongoing issue affecting BMW vehicles. While VINs can be successfully added and activated, data is not flowing for a significant number of vehicles.

The issue is partial: a small subset of vehicles is still receiving data, but many vehicles are not returning any data at this time.

The issue started around 20 December 2025. We are actively investigating the root cause together with BMW and will provide updates as soon as more information is available.

We'd like to inform you that due to ongoing issues with the BMW API, we are currently experiencing degraded performance when checking vehicle eligibility and retrieving vehicle data via REST API

Our team is in contact with BMW support and we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Renault has new issues which affects vehicles activation and vehicles capability to provide data even if it is activated. We are monitoring the situation on our end to detect customer-specific impacts.
