MQTT V2 service

We are currently experiencing authorization issues on our MQTT V2 Broker. It will result in your MQTT client not able to connect

We are in contact with our MQTT provider and trying to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

The data flow will be resumed when the issue is resolved.

Updates:
* The issue is resolved, we are monitoring the situation.
* We can confirm there has been no data lost

Disturbance in MQTT v2 Service

Starting on 28.01.2026 at 21:00 CET, the MQTT v2 service was unable to push new messages to customers.

The issue was resolved on 29.01.2026 at 09:00 CET. No data was lost, and message delivery has resumed.

Porsche B2C Data Delivery Interruption

Porsche B2C is currently experiencing an issue impacting vehicle data delivery. A central vehicle campaign has stopped sending data, affecting PCPS and all of its clients.

Porsche is aware of the problem and is actively investigating. We are awaiting further updates and will share more information as soon as it becomes available.

Renault Data Availability Incident

Resolved Jan 22 at 03:31pm CET

Renault is currently experiencing an incident impacting data availability. Since 12:30 CET, message publication from Renault vehicles has been interrupted.

Renault’s teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore service. This incident is unrelated to the one observed earlier this week.

Update 1:
Renault fixed the incident partially 22nd Jan from 12:00 CET then completely 22nd Jan at 17:00 CET, with a full return to normal.

Renault Vehicle Data Processing Degradation

Resolved Jan 19 at 05:00pm CET

Renault is currently investigating an incident affecting the processing of data from Renault vehicles. Corrective actions are in progress by the OEM, and service is expected to return to normal soon.

Once the issue is resolved, any missing data will be automatically recovered. We will provide further updates if necessary.

Toyota API Issue Affecting Vehicle Activation and Deactivation

An issue has been identified with the Toyota API starting 15.01.2025 at 19:00 CET, impacting some vehicle activation and deactivation.

The issue is under investigation with Toyota.
Activation and deactivation requests which are failed are being queued and will be applied automatically after service is restored.

Renault Vehicle Location Parsing Issue

Between 2026-01-12 10:00 UTC and 2026-01-13 11:00 UTC, our system experienced an issue parsing vehicle location data for Renault vehicles.
The root cause has been identified and fixed. All affected messages have been successfully republished, and normal operation has been fully restored.
