BMW/MINI Fleet Clearance Downtime

The clearances requests for BMW/MINI are failing due to an unexpected issue on the OEM side, we have escalated the issue and waiting for an update.
High Mobility customers only experience delays on fleet activation/deactivation and our API towards our customers are functional.
Degraded API Call Performance for Porsche Vehicles

We have observed that approximately 50% of API calls related to Porsche vehicles are resulting in a 500 internal server error. The issue has been communicated to the OEM for further investigation and resolution.

BMW B2C's API to fetch vehicle data has been unstable starting 2023.11.28 17:30:00 UTC.
As of 2023.11.29 06:44:00 UTC we see the success rate has increased.
We are monitoring the situation.
Renault services are experiencing degraded performance

Due to some issue with Renault services, we are having problems processing Renault clearances. This impacts streaming Renault vehicle data as well.
Delayed Fleet Clearance

All the clearance requests adding/revoking/cancelling was delayed between 2023-11-20 09:56:45 UTC and 2023-11-22 14:14:45 UTC.
It happened due to some issue with internal job queuing in High Mobility internal system.
All the clearances related jobs have been resumed and clearance API should work as usual.
Degraded streaming data for Mercedes-Benz Fleet

Mercedes-Benz Fleet was experiencing a significant reduction in the data stream vehicles provide. As a result, users may experience delays or incomplete data delivery between 14:49 CET and 16:20 CET
Issue with processing Toyota clearance requests

Since 14h Nov we are receiving unexpected errors from Toyota clearance API, we are working with the OEM to resolve the issue.
All the Toyota clearance request are queued in High Mobility system and will be retried when the issue is resolved.
Issues with Data Streaming for Renault

Renault experienced an incident on data flow between 7.00 and 9.30 CET. No data is lost but we experienced delay in data delivery during this period.
