Incident on streaming for Renault vehicle data

Renault team has informed us there was an issue on dataflow between 2024-07-04 22:00 CEST - 2024-07-04 11.45 CEST.
Based on their report all the messages were forwarded with delay.
Update: the issue was during 2024-07-24 22:00 CEST - 2024-07-25 11.45 CEST.
interruption on streaming data for Porsche for Drivers

Starting 25.07.24 15:20 CEST we have stopped receiving Porsche streaming data.
It effects only the B2C flows which have streaming enabled for Porsche vehicles.
We have notified the OEM and waiting for response.

Incident on Renault Eligibility and Clearance APIs

Due to an issue in Renault, we are not able to process Renault's request.
The OEM is already aware of it and working on a fix
Interruption on processing data for Ford B2C/Fleet data

Due to an issue in processing data we were not able to consume and process Ford data starting 2024-06-29T09:26:00 UTC until 2024-07-01T07:26:00 UTC.
We have fixed the issue and data will be following, no data lost during this incident.
