Renault Fleet Clearance Degraded

Renault has reported an incident with vehicle activation.
For High Mobility customers, this means that vehicle clearance changes will experience delays until the OEM's incident is resolved. We will automatically retry the fleet clearance request, so no action is needed on your part.

Ford Fleet Clearance Paused

All Ford fleet clearances have been paused due to an issue on the OEM side.
We have informed Ford and are awaiting their resolution of the issue.
Clearance requests will resume once the issue is resolved.
NOTE: This issue doesn't have any impact on the data delivery.

Delayed on MQTT Streaming

Due to some internal pipeline issues, the quality of our streaming via MQTT has been degraded, and in some cases, we are delivering data that is two days old.
The issue started on 27th March. We have resolved the issue and monitoring it until the MQTT delivery goes back to normal.
Update01: After investigating the issue, we have noticed that only a sub set of vehicles are affected.
Update02: The issue is resolved. If your vehicles were impacted, we'll inform you directly.
incident on Renault & Dacia Fleet Clearance flow

Due to an issue with Renault API, the activation of pending vehicles are currently paused. They will be retried after the issue is resolved.
Delayed streaming data

Due to Porsche sending redundant and repeated data, we are facing issues processing streaming data and currently experiencing delays of up to 1 hour in delivery time
Update: We have increased our pipeline throughput and delivery time is back to ~10 seconds at 16:39 CET
