Renault vehicles without a data feed

We have now received confirmation that the bulk of the data transmission issues have been resolved by Renault on July 18th. Since then, only a smaller amount of vehicles are impact that we manage with our ticketing system. Customers that are still impacted are being contacted separately with further details on the final resolutions.

BMW Fleet Odometer Data Issue on 2025-06-24

On 2025-06-24, we identified an issue where many BMW fleet vehicles provided odometer readings without specifying the unit. As a result, our streaming pipeline did not forward these messages to our customers. We have reached out to BMW for clarification and to implement the necessary fixes.
Renault partial data downtime

Renault performed a platform release today at 10:24 CET that lead to issues of processing speed, engine RPM, accelerations, GPS positions and fuel/energy consumption data. The release was reverted at 15:24 CET, after which data traffic resumed as usual.
Renault regrets to inform us that the data that was could not be processed during the timespan is lost and can not be recovered.

Starting 2025.05.26 14:40 UTC we have noticed that the data delivery of Mercedes-Benz data is interrupted. We have informed the OEM and waiting for their reply.

Starting 2025.05.06 18:30 CEST we have noticed that the data delivery of Mercedes-Benz data is interrupted. We have informed the OEM and waiting for their reply.
This issue only impacting Mercedes-Benz data on all delivery methods(Streaming/Rest)

Activation delay for Ford vehicles

We are currently facing delays in new Ford activations. You might see vehicles staying in the pending state longer than normal due to this. We are currently evaluating a manual workaround while the root cause is being addressed.
There's no impact on data delivery.
