Renault has new issues which affects vehicles activation and vehicles capability to provide data even if it is activated. We are monitoring the situation on our end to detect customer-specific impacts.

BMW Telematic API response time/status is degraded. We are in contact with OEM to resolve the issue. Issue started on 27.09.2025

Since 2025-09-18 08:46 UTC, we are not able to consume VW brands data. We are looking into the issue.

It has impact on all the data delivery method for these brands.

Update:
2025-09-22 09:35 UTC: The issue is resolved. The messages for past 4 days ago are being pushed to all customers.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting vehicle activations for Volkswagen brands.

Our team is actively working with our partners to resolve the problem and restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

The vehicle activation/deactivation request area queued and will be resumed after the issue is resolved.

Update: The issue was resolve on 3rd Sep 14:00 CEST

We have now recreated the data subscriptions of the impacted vehicles and the data flow will resume the next time that the cars are driven.

We will get in touch with customers individually that had impacted vehicles with the VIN lists.
