Volkswagen Group Mobile Online Services Disruption

Volkswagen Group has reported an issue affecting its Mobile Online Services.
As a result, Fleet data delivery may be interrupted for affected Volkswagen Group vehicles.
At this time, we have not observed a noticeable change in incoming data traffic on our platform, but we are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available from Volkswagen Group.

Interruption in BMW Vehicle Data Delivery

We have observed a significant drop in incoming vehicle data from BMW starting around 2026-05-27 10:50 UTC.
We are currently investigating the issue and have informed the OEM. Further updates will follow once more information is available.

Renault Activation/Deactivation Interruption

Due to an issue with the Renault API, vehicle activation and deactivation are currently unavailable.
We have reported the issue to Renault and are currently awaiting their investigation and feedback.
Activation and deactivation requests are being queued and will be executed once the issue is resolved.
This issue does not impact vehicle data delivery.
Update: Renault rolled back some changes on 2026-05-22 12:55 UTC, which resolved the issue.
Data Interruption for Renault

We have observed that, since 2026-05-19 20:25 UTC, no new data for Renault vehicles has arrived in our streaming platform.
We have not yet received confirmation from Renault, but we are trying to reach out for an explanation.

Toyota Eligibility API Returning Incorrect Vehicle Eligibility Status

We have identified an issue with the Toyota Eligibility API starting on 2026-05-16, where all vehicles are incorrectly reported as not eligible.
We have informed Toyota and are currently investigating the issue together with the OEM. During this period, new vehicle will be rejected.

Data Interruption for Renault

We have observed that, since 2026-05-17 11:44:45 UTC, Renault has been unable to provide vehicle data.
Renault has confirmed the issue today and is currently working on a fix.
Update: The issue was resolved on 2026-05-18 09:04 UTC. No data was lost.
Nissan Data Interruption

Nissan has reported an issue with their data delivery system starting on 07.05.2026 at 12:30 CEST.
They are currently working on a solution.
