Delayed streaming data

Due to Porsche sending redundant and repeated data, we are facing issues processing streaming data and currently experiencing delays of up to 1 hour in delivery time
Update: We have increased our pipeline throughput and delivery time is back to ~10 seconds at 16:39 CET
Streaming Maintenance

We are stopping the streaming for a period of 1 hour to perform maintenance on our streaming pipeline and infrastructure.
All vehicle data will be queued and sent to customers after the maintenance is completed.
This will affect MQTT, S3, and Kinesis data delivery.
Kubernetes cluster upgrade

We will be upgrading our Kubernetes clusters during that time. We expect workloads to restart and hence small interruptions in our services.
Stellantis maintenance

Database upgrade

We are upgrading one of our databases. We expect degradation of service for telematics.
During the maintenance the streaming will be paused and resumed after the maintenance is finished.
Renault & Dacia Maintenance

It effects on clearances and data delivery for Renault & Dacia.
The clearance will be retried and data will be delivered after maintenance is over.
Database upgrade

Issue with streaming Ford B2C & Fleet vehicle data

Issue relating to Renault Data Services

BMW/MINI Fleet Clearance Downtime

The clearances requests for BMW/MINI are failing due to an unexpected issue on the OEM side, we have escalated the issue and waiting for an update.
High Mobility customers only experience delays on fleet activation/deactivation and our API towards our customers are functional.
Streaming maintenance for Stellantis brands

Due to infrastructure changes in Stellantis, streaming message for Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel, Vauxhall, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep and Maserati will be delayed during this time period.
Fleet clearance maintenance for Stellantis brands

Due to infrastructure changes in Stellantis, we are pausing any fleet clearance request/changes for Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel, Vauxhall, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep.
Our customers are still be able to call fleet clearance APIs and the request will be queued and execute after the migration is over.
Degraded API Call Performance for Porsche Vehicles

We have observed that approximately 50% of API calls related to Porsche vehicles are resulting in a 500 internal server error. The issue has been communicated to the OEM for further investigation and resolution.

Push API maintenance on Mercedes-Benz side

Push APIs (vehicle signals and vehicle command responses) will encounter brief periods of service unavailability.
Incoming vehicle data will be processed and can be retrieved once the maintenance is completed without any loss of information.
