Due to Porsche sending redundant and repeated data, we are facing issues processing streaming data and currently experiencing delays of up to 1 hour in delivery time
Update: We have increased our pipeline throughput and delivery time is back to ~10 seconds at 16:39 CET
Issue with streaming Ford B2C & Fleet vehicle data

We are having issues consuming Ford vehicle data streams, we are trying to reach out to Ford to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

Issue relating to Renault Data Services

Some data points such as engine status are missing in the messages sent. Following a release this morning (21.12.2023), Incident is now fully resolved.

BMW/MINI Fleet Clearance Downtime

The clearances requests for BMW/MINI are failing due to an unexpected issue on the OEM side, we have escalated the issue and waiting for an update.
High Mobility customers only experience delays on fleet activation/deactivation and our API towards our customers are functional.
Degraded API Call Performance for Porsche Vehicles

We have observed that approximately 50% of API calls related to Porsche vehicles are resulting in a 500 internal server error. The issue has been communicated to the OEM for further investigation and resolution.
The issue was resolved at 08.12.2023 00:50 CET
